Tamil Nadu Housing Board Recruitment 2017 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 08.06.2017)

10th/12th/Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized institute.

However, check official notification for post wise educational qualification.

Age Limit:

SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all CastesThe Age limit should be between 18 to 35 Years.

“Others” [i.e. Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs] The Age limit should be between 18 to 30 Years.

Pay Scale:

The TNHB offers a pay scale to its employees according to the post they are recruited in. Basic pay scale in TNHB Jobs is given below

Assistant Engineer (AE) – Rs.9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4700/-
Surveyor – Rs.9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Junior Drafting Officer (JDO) – Rs.5400 – 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Technical Assistant – Rs.5400 – 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Junior Assistant – Rs.5400 – 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Typist – Rs.5400 – 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

TNHB AE, JDO, Junior Assistant Exam Fee Details:

Application Fee:

For OC, BC, BC(M), MBC & DC Candidates Application Fee is - Rs.500/-
For All Other Candidates (SC, SC(A), ST, PWD) Application Fee is - Rs.250/-
